Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RAJASEKARAN @ RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9194 of 2021, dated 13.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 21.07.2021, without fail.
