ORDER
The petitioner, apprehending that the respondent Corporation is attempting to demolish the building adjacent to her house, has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondent not to demolish and construct a new house in S.No.618 and 613/2 situated at Kavadakara Street, Railway Station Road, Dindigul District. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that the petitioner's apprehension is unwarranted and that as on date, they are not having any inclination to demolish the building. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondent Corporation, this writ petition is closed.
