Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, restraining the second respondent from registering any documents or allowing any encumbrance in the property in Survey No.614/1A, to an extent of 2 Acres & 27 cents situated in Adiyanuthu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Nagal Nayankanpatti Sub Registrar Office, Dindigul District till the disposal of suit in O.S.No.633 of 2020 before the Sub Court, Dindigul and thereby considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2020.
