Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAKUMAR N, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE) the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7722 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 25.06.2021 to 27.07.2021 and thereafter, did not comply with the condition.

3.Since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly, this petition is dismissed.
