[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure his daughter, namely, Harini, aged about 25 years and grandson, namely, Sanjith, son of Mahendran, aged about 2 years, produce them before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged missing girl has now returned back to home along with her son and therefore, he is withdrawing this habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
