This petition has been filed to relax the condition dated 29.01.2026 passed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1789 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD) No.1335 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3. When this Court granted suspension of sentence, a condition has been imposed that the petitioner will stay at Chennai and report before the F-2 Egmore Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 06.02.2026 onwards.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court, is modified to the extend that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court during the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeal.
