This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 30.01.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15982 of 2025.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
