ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer him from the office of the third respondent to the office of the fourth respondent, as he has to take care of his ailing father, who is aged 75 years and also to take care of his family. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's wife is employed in Tirunelveli, but no particulars have been given to him. However, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there is no vacancy in Tirunelveli. 3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Court is unable to give any direction to the respondents. Hence, this Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
