(MD).No.8244 of 2023 dt.17.5.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ROMEO ROY ALFRED I, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 4 (b) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8244 of 2023, dated 17.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by an order dated 17.05.2023 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to report before the every day at 10.30 am., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that since the petitioner is serving as a Driver in different locations, he is not able to comply with the conditions, hence, he seeks modification of the said condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7885 of 2023 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court.

5.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, time is extended to comply the condition till 26.06.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
