ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.4 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.04.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985, in Cr. No.35 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.03.2025, based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the occurrence place and found the accused with illegal possession of 6 kgs of Ganja. Hence the case.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that already the petitioner was released on bail as per the order 2/4

passed by the trial Court in Crl. M.P. No.3032 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
