ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 406,294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in 1/3

Crime No. 186 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners by producing the fake jewels, with the help of A3, who is the Manager of another finance company, have cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.7,40,000/-. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that a case was registered in Crime No.186 of 2024 only on 19.06.2024 against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and the investigation is in the initial stage and therefore, opposes for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.
