ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.644 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147 and 366 I.P.C and he seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter went to Madurai for attending examination, but she did not return back home. The defacto complainant came to know that the petitioner and the others had kidnapped the victim girl. Hence the complaint.
3. According to the petitioner, he is the father of the first accused. The first accused eloped with victim girl due to which, a Habeas Corpus petition has been filed before this Court in H.C.P.No.1456 of 2018, which is pending.
4.Heard the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the case relates to love affair, this
Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti.
(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation ;
