This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6043 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026 in Crl OP(MD) No.734 of 2026 dated 12.02.2026 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
