COMMON PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime Nos.3, 1 & 2 of 2020 dated 28.02.2020 insofar as the petitioner/Accused No.2, on the file of the Inspector of Police, IPREC, Tirunelveli Police Station and quash the same.
