ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.6172 of 2026, dated 06.04.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District and Session Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive trial of POCSO Court, Dindigul on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
