This Ciminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying this court to direct the Learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Pudukkottai to consider their bail application on the surrender of the petitioners / Accused on the same day in connection with Cr.No.641/2021 dt. 09/10/2021 on the file of the Respondent police on merits on the same day. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Rajarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. E.Antony Sahaya Prabhakar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this 1/3

Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.3187 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022 for surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Pudukkottai. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 15.02.2022, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3187 of 2022, directed the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties. Due to his illness, the petitioner was unable to appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Court. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and reasons assigned for extension of time, this petition is ordered and time is extended for a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
