Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus , directing the 1 to 3 respondents to consider Petitioner's representation dated 11/12/2019 with regard to considered the claim of Petitioner Appointment on Compassionate grounds and allow to Join Duty in the Post of Junior Drafting Officer with effect from the date of 23/07/2019 as per Petitioner's Joining report in the light of 2nd respondent order made in No. S1 / 19564 / 2018 , dated 09/07/2019 and to correct the order to implement the same in any place in Tamil Nadu , within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 18960 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2020 has been considered and rejected by the respondents vide proceedings No. S1/19564/2018 dated 06.01.2022 and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy as against the order in the manner known to law.
