This Ciminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying this court to direct the Special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act / 1st Additional District Judge (PCR Court) Trichy, to consider the bail application on the surrender of the petitioner / Sole Accused on the same day in Cr.No.70/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police, on merits on the same day ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A. Joel Paul Antony, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabhakar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.7712 of 2022 This petition is filed to extend the period of time to comply with the order dated 15.06.2022 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10548 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is under medical treatment. Hence, he seeks some more time to comply with the condition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended for a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10548 of 2022.
