Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2017 within a period fixed by this Court which is relating to fix boundary and demarcate the petitioner's property in vacant land in survey number 46 admeasuring 20 C.C East West, 12 C.C North South, situated at Manappadaiveedu Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to consider his representation dated 01.04.2017.

2.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would submit that he aged about 103 years and he purchased a vacant land by a registered sale deed dated 14.02.1943 registered as Document No.603/1943. Now, he approached the respondents to fix the boundaries and demarcate his property. Since no action was taken, he sent a representation on 01.04.2017. Even then, there is no response, hence, the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
