PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.79 of 2013 pending before the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, within stipulated time and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case 1/4

considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for a direction to dispose O.S.No.79 of 2013 pending before the Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil. It appears that the suit is of the year 2013. However, it is pending for long time and no order is yet to be passed by the Court below.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, to dispose O.S.No.79 of 2013 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
