PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.268 of 2015 pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, within stipulated time and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.

2. Already order has been passed in CRP(MD)No.1333 of 2023 wherein, this Court directed the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.79 of 2013 within a period of 12 moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, to dispose O.S.No.268 of 2015 along with O.S.No.79 of 2013 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
