This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent herein to consider and pass orders forthwith on the Petitioner's application dated 6.1.2017 for the grant of 5+1 Seater Auto Rickshaw Permit(Share Auto) to the Petitioner. 2.Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss,learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner has submitted that she has applied for grant of permission to to ply 5+1 seater Auto Rickshaw in Karur Town by way of representation dated 6.1.2017. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

4. The counsel for the respondent would submit that it is agreeable for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.

5.In view of the submission, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 6.1.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, preferably on or before 30.05.017, if there is no other legal impediment to do so.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
