PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the first respondent's impugned proceedings in K.K.vz;.16089/2017/m3 dated 16.06.2017 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give a job to the petitioner under compassionate ground for the death of the petitioner's father who died on 02.01.2017 while he was in service.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect. Permission granted.
