O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 24.04.2025.

2. The petitioner claims that a joint patta was issued to the petitioner and his brother in S.No.1056. The said land is ancestral in nature.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 24.04.2025 after issuing notice to all the interested parties. It is open to the petitioner to procure an affidavit from the co-pattathar and produce before the first respondent to avoid any delay in issuing notice to the petitioner's brother as well apart from notices which would be issued to the adjoining neighbouring lands owners. If any objection is received from the adjoining neighbouring land owners, then the first respondent shall enquire into the same after giving fair opportunity to the parties and dispose of the said objections as a preliminary measure before taking a decision to proceed with survey. The said exercise shall 2/4

be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
