ORDER
Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15733 of 2015 dated 03.06.2020, this Contempt Petition is filed.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the benefits are granted to the petitioner. Hence, the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15733 of 2015 dated 03.06.2020 is complied with. However, the order dated 02.01.2023 was passed directing to take action against the erring officials. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the papers are placed before the appropriate authority for further action.
3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, if there is any discrepancy in the payment, the petitioner is at liberty to re-open the contempt petition.
