(By D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.,) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the Review Petition to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 6503 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Madhavan (E.No.107 of 1993), learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous, as the encroachment had already been removed from the property in question. He has further submitted that as nothing survives for adjudication, this petition may be closed as infructuous. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, we are of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Petition. Hence, W.M.P.(MD) No.11927 of 2024 is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, Rev.Aplw(MD) SR.No. 41280 of 2024 is rejected. No costs.
