2.The petitioner is a 87 years old widow. She had submitted application for issuance of ration card. There is no reason to reject the same. The third respondent is directed to issue ration card to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
