This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner illegally in the guise of enquiry dated 26.06.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint received from the respondents 3 and 4, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.58 of 2022 and the same was closed on 10.04.2022. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
