The petitioner seeks limited relief in this writ petition to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application for cancellation of patta issued to the third respondent.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to conduct due enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2025 after giving a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
