Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the second respondent to file final report in the petition mentioned FIR.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that closure report has been filed closing the case as 'mistake of fact'. Though the final report is said to have been filed on 30.06.2020, RCS notice is yet to be served on the petitioner. 4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to serve RCS Notice on the petitioner without any delay.
