ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to shift or close the TASMAC liquor shop No.5201 situated in T.S.No.113/3, 120 Feet Road running from Mattuthavani to Surveyor Colony which is a Temple land belongs to Meenakshi Sundareshwarar Temple as per the revenue records within the time frame fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2025. 3/6
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4/TASMAC, would submit that the subject shop No.5201 situated in T.S.No.113/3, 120 Feet Road running from Mattuthavani to Surveyor Colony, Madurai, has been closed.
3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
