ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302 of IPC in Crime No.1009 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is an accused of having committed the offence of murder. He earlier sought anticipatory bail. This Court by order dated 23.04.2018, dismissed the said petition. In the very nature of things, there can be no change in circumstances in a case of this nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
