Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the 2nd condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.9790/2022 vide his order dated 10/6/2022.

To modify the 2nd condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9712/2022 vide his order dated 10/6/2022. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl. CRL MP(MD) No.7721 of 2022 These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.9790 and 9712 of 2022, dated 10.06.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 10.06.2022 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Thanjavur District, in both cases. He would further submit that the petitioner is unable to deposit the said amount and hence, he is unable to execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks to modify the said condition. 3.On perusal of the order, it is seen that the petitioner has voluntarily come forward to deposit the said amount without prejudice to his rights and contentions.

4.Hence, I do not find any merit in these petitions and the petitions are dismissed.
