Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks a limited relief of issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2025 seeking transfer from the office of the fourth respondent to that of the third respondent. 3.Without going into the merits or entitlement of the petitioner seeking transfer and considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 02.05.2025, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and also afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner to put across his grievances regarding the transfer request and thereafter pass final orders on the said representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
