Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to convene a peace committee meeting forthwith and to ensure equal participation and contribution of all community people in the Arulmigu Nallakathayee Amman Temple Festival schedule on 02.02.2017 at Mannangadu, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to convene Peace Committee Meeting for the purpose of getting contribution from all community people in connection with the temple festival mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that on 10.01.2017, a representation has been given to the respondents, but the same has not been considered.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has represented that already a Peace Committee Meeting has been convened and the festival is going to be started on 02.02.2017 and further the festival organisers have not been impleaded.
5.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 6.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the third respondent viz., Tahsildar, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District is directed to look into the representation dated 10.01.2017 and dispose of the same immediately.
