This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on 06.05.2025 praying to direct the first and second respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondent-police registered a case in Crime No.243 of 2025 on the file of the Marthandam Police Station under Section 194 of BNSS, 2023. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the second respondent 2/4
