Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The earlier petitions for bail have been dismissed. There is no change in circumstances. This Bail Petition is, therefore, dismissed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been under incarceration for a very long period of time. It is seen that the petitioner was arrested as early as on 21.08.2019. We are now in August 2022. Even charges have not been framed so far. It appears that some of the accused are absconding. The trial Court is directed to split the case. Charges shall be framed against the available accused. The trial itself be completed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the learned trial Judge.
