O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to interfere in the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property bearing Door No.7, Old No.104 and situated in Survey No. 325/1298, L.P.Road, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the property. The third respondent, without giving any trouble, gave a complaint before the second respondent Police. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police has directed the petitioner to lock the premises and not to open it until the dispute is settled. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent Police, a case has been registered in Crime No.100 of 2022, punishable under Section 160 of IPC.

4.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
