2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2094 of 2021. He would further submit that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases in similar nature.

3. Considering the fact that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was suppressed in the present petition and also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
