Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.The petitioner alleges that she is being detained in the first respondent's home and she wants to set at liberty. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions states that the first respondent has not detained the petitioner herein and that if the petitioner wants to leave the home, she is free to do so.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
