O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner complains that the sixth respondent is extracting ground water from Sri Venkatachalapathy Nagar, Thuvariman, Madurai-19 illegally. The petitioner has given a representation dated 27.05.2017 in this regard. But no action has been taken.

2.This Court therefore directs the third respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall act in association with the other authorities and hear the sixth respondent as well as the petitioner before passing final order. 3.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
