This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry initiated on the summons, dated 08.06.2022, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner and the same was pending before the second respondent police and summon has been issued to him on 08.02.2022 and an enquiry is kept pending before the second respondent police without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's complaint is pending on enquiry and no case is registered.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the second respondent is hereby directed to complete the enquiry, on the complaint given by the fourth respondent as expeditiously as possible, preferably, with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders on merit in accordance with law. .
