O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned Tender-cum-Auction paper notification passed by the respondent vide proceedings dated 10.08.2017 made in Na.Ka.No.108/2016/A4.

2. Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It seen that the notification for auction to construct shops is under challenge in this writ petition. The only grievance of the petitioner is that in the said notification, there is no mention about the outer time limit for completion of construction of the shops.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that subsequently, the outer time limit has been

fixed as six months for completing the aforesaid construction and the same would be completed at any cost without causing further/undue delay.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
