ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.544 of 2018. It has been registered on the file of Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District, for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

2. Saravanan is the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant appeared before this Court through video conferencing. His identity is also confirmed before me. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report.
