ORDER

This revision is directed against the order passed by the learned District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District in Cr.M.P.No.1285 of 2019, dated 10.04.2019, dismissing the petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., for default.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

From the material facts placed before this Court, it is seen that the petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., whereas, this Court, by order, dated 04.03.2020 in Crl.O.P (MD).No. 4084 of 2020, has given liberty to the petitioner to file a revision against that order and therefore, this Revision has been filed for setting aside the order of learned District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District and further direction to direct the Namunasamuthiram Police to register a First Information Report and conduct an investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

In order to avoid the wastage of time, this Court is inclined to give a direction straight away to the Inspector of Police / Sub Inspector of Police, Namana Samuthiram Police Station, to register the First Information Report on the complaint given by the petitioner and conduct an investigation in accordance with law and file a final report, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
