The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking permission to conduct cultural program in Arulmighu Sri Theradi Karuppar, Arulmighu Sri Theradi Kaliamman and Arulmighu Sri Sonai Karupan Temple, Kusavanthanivayal Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District on 06.07.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the event date is over and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
