No.8368 of 2021 dated 28.06.2021.

Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to issue a direction, directing the Principal District and Sessions Court/Spcial Court for SC/ST Act, Ramanathapuram District to accept the surrender of the petitioner along with bail application in Cr.No.102 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police herein and to dispose the bail application on the same day on merits. ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Muthumani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side). 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
