the Mahila Court cum Special Court Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act 2012.

2.Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and submits that PW1 has already been examined and the case in Spl.SC.No.32/2020 is posted to 03.07.2024 for examination of witnesses PW 2 and PW 3. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
