2.The case of the prosecution is that the 1st petitioner is working as a Teacher at Sri Nallamani Yadhava Girls School and with the help of the petitioners 2 and 3, the 1st petitioner said to have misappropriated the school fund. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners, on several occasions, appeared before the respondent Police and they are co-operating with the respondent Police.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry is pending and the respondent Police is investigating the matter. 5.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
