ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioners alleges harassment at the hands of the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Vijayakumar has given a land grabbing complaint against the petitioners. Enquiry is said to be pending.

4.In this background, interest of justice will be served by issuing the following directions:- (I) The respondents will issue summons in writing, if they want to enquire the petitioners. There cannot be any oral summon for attending enquiry.

(II) If the respondents register any FIR, the petitioners will be put on notice, so that, the petitioners will have breathing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

(III) The respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
